Can anyone tell me if Ryzen 9 5900X is compatible with Kingston Renegade RGB 128GB DDR4, 3600Mhz?

It's working fine with my Ryzen 5 3600. But I want an upgrade.

I browsed the QVL list for your motherboard (PDF) quickly and couldn't find your RAM there, but since it works with your current CPU then I don't see why it shouldn't work with your new CPU too.  It's a risk that it doesn't work though so you should perhaps ask both Gigabyte and Kingston support first, to be sure.
