I set my ram speed above cpu max
I set my xmp of 3200 mhz and my cpu max supported ram speed is 2933mhz my proccessor is the ryzen 3 2300x and in windows it shows my ram speed as 3200mhz could this cause problems and is it bad for my cpu

Its just the XMP profile doing an "auto" overclock on the memory, no need to worry. If the pc is stable enjoy it.
This "OC" is pretty normal and from Zen4 forward, its called EXPO.
