I can't do product registration

  • I brought this processor 2 year back in a assembled form..But when i today i opening my pc i got Processor OPN no is not valid..Is it original or duplicate??

If you purchased a pre-assembled PC it was likely built with an OEM processor, which only has a 30-day warranty from AMD. You will need to contact the company that assembled the PC for any warranty claims.

If you purchased a box processor you can Determine the Authenticity here and then Request Warranty Service if needed.
