Huge problems with my Threadripper 1950X

Specs:
Threadripper 1950X
GTX1080 Ti
32 GB Ram

Hey there,
I resently decided to start playing videogames on my new gaming PC.
I installed Battlefield 3,4,1 and the new Battlefield 5 Closed Alpha.
Battlefield 3 works perfectly fine on 2560x1440 / 144hz and ultra settings.
Battlefield 4 (also on 2560x1440 / 144hz / ultra settings) runs at 150 fps, but has freezes every 10-15s (huge peak on processor usage overview)
Battlefield 1 and the new Battlefield V Alpha don't work at all. Even on 1920x1080 / 60hz and all settings on low, I get like 20fps and huge stuttering issues.

Any ideas what the problem may be? Thanks for your help in advance.
If any graphs or logs are needed to understand my problems, feel free to ask me.

admirale, what we need is a complete description of your parts.  Here's mine as an example:

ASRock Fatal1ty X399 Pro Gaming, Threadripper 1950X, 2xSamsung SSD 960 EVO RAID, 1TB &

500 GB WD Black, G.SKILL [Flare X (for AMD)] F4-3200C14Q-32GFX, Windows 10 x64 Pro,

Enermx Platimax 850, Enermx Liqtech TR4 CPU Cooler, Radeon RX580, BIOS 2.0

Make SURE you have plenty of power.  Enjoy, John.

Back off on the BF4 settings and use DX11 for best results, there are lots of problems with it. BF1 should also be played in DX11 for best results.

The problem is the Frostbite Engine is buggy which is the root of the problem.

BF1 and BFV are heavily cpu base, try to use legacy mode via ryzen master, it will disable half of your cores but you'll get less latency.
