It will be helpful to know what your computer information is - Make & Models and Software versions.
First download the appropriate AMD Driver package from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support and save it.
Download a free program called DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and run it to remove all traces of either Nvidia or AMD Graphics drivers from your Windows drive.
When using DDU in Safe Mode, disconnect the internet and keep it disconnected until AFTER you have installed the AMD Driver package. Also delete if created in the past C:\AMD Folder.
Once you boot up into Windows desktop run the AMD Driver package and if it installs correctly, Reconnect the Internet again and delete the create AMD Installation folder C:\AMD.
