Hello,
Can you tell me how fast 128GB of ram should run on a 2990WX?
2933Mhz or less?

If you choose your system RAMs with 3200 or better support, you can even use it at up to 3200 a higher speed than 2933.
Edit: On the Userbenchmark website, there are people that manage to run your processor with 4x32GB 3200 support. They used Gskill brand RAMs.

Your processor officially supports up to 2933 anything beyond that and you would need to see if your motherboard specification supports any memory speeds beyond that but they would be considered an overclock. Typically on a Threadripper you are looking for accuracy and stability foremost so any overclocking could potentially affect that.
