Just on the bottom of the page you find the link to:

That takes me to a login page and then a summary page with  no way to create a claim

Use the 'create an account', not the 'sign in' option.

Nope I tried to create an account and it throws an error because my email is in use

Did you previously create an account and not verify it, you should get an email with code and instructions (check spam folder).

Yup, already did that : / it does get ab it weird though, when I click home after being on the blank warranty page it re-directs me to the Adaptive SoC & FPGA Support forums

Your Official AMD Retail Boxed Processor automatically comes with a 3 year Warranty as long as you are the original owner and have a copy of Amazon Receipt as proof of purchase.
