how can i get ryzen series cpu datasheet.

I think ,a datasheet Contain :absolute maximum ratings,electrical characteristics,

pin descriptions ,package and something others. i can't find it.

It is possible that AMD hasn't published any Data Sheets on the Ryzen CPU/APU yet. But if they did this is the place to see if they have: https://www.amd.com/en/support/tech-docs
