I have the motherboard but I need the processors to match for a project.

Ali Baba Express seems to have what you want but it is very risky since it is from a Chinese company: For Amd A6-series A6 7400 A6 7400k A6 7400b 3.5g Dual-core Cpu Processor 65w Ad740kybi23ja/ad740bybi... 

You can also try E-bay and see if any of the companies there can supply you with 15 A6-7400K processors. Again it might be risky unless you can verify the company is reputable.

I highly suggest you contact AMD Corporate Offices directly and asked them how you can purchase that many AMD processors either through your company or yourself from here: https://www.amd.com/en/corporate/locations . They might direct you to a reputable AMD Wholesaler or distributor.
