My pc running processor Ryzen 7700 while play gaming the temp reaches 85c this is normal? and is this safe for the processor???

The 7000 series processors are designed to run up to 95°C and even with the decent Wraith Prism cooler bundled with the 7700 it is completely normal for the temperature to reach 85°C under load.
