Hello!

I recently had a processor cross-shipped and apparently yesterday FedEX arrived at my house but did not see me directly so they left me a door tag number. However the door tag number seems to be invalid and I cannot get information pertaining to the package that I am supposed to receive. Is there any way to retrieve the tracking number of the package so I can look further into this information?

Seeing as this is a user to user forum, you may get other user experience.

Perhaps you should  stick with querying the orig. rma /tracking number on the orig. support.

thats fair, I actually diddnt know how to do that but I did get my processor back earlier today and got it installed!
