Hi, I brought a brand new Ryzen 9 3950x processor. I can clearly see a lot of gray spots on the processor. It's still in the sealed package. Spots are surly on the processor and NOT ON CLEAR PLASTIC. Attaching the image. What to do now. Should I open the package or not.

Well, if you plan on mounting the processor into an art piece, I'd send it back.

If, instead, you plan on putting it into a motherboard and using it to crunch a wide variety of numbers, I'd go ahead and do that.
