As the subject says, yeah...This happens when I play a game of CoDMW2. I've dusted the PC completely and even opened the case, yet it still cooks.
my specs are
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core Processor
RAM: 24 GB 2400 MHz DDR4 Memory
I'm open to an upgrade by the way, please help, thanks!

Yes, mine as well.
It was still extremely concerning to me as I'd never seen a GPU push past ~65 before. I'm extremely aggressive with my cooling solutions.
My GPU telemetry from MW2 and Warzone 2 is the hotspot temperature. The temperature you posted are well within hotspot tolerances for the RX 5700 XT. Maximum temp on the RX 5700 XT is 110c. My RX 6800 XT hits 81-84c when I play. It is totally normal provided that is hotspot temp and not the actual GPU temp.

I suggest running the Radeon overlay and see where your actual GPU temp is.
First time I saw my GPU crest 105C when gaming @ UHD I nearly crapped myself. Went into the settings and tuned things back, now it stays ~98C
AMD/Radeon + their AIBs seem to like pushing the temps with their hardware, from CPUs to GPUs. Can't wait to see how hard the 7900xtx pushes things and fair enough as long as they're willing to back it up under warranty
I was concerned about my GPU temp in MW2 and Warzone 2 but I looked at HWInfo and the game was reporting hotspot temps.
