i just bought the Gigabyte ab350m gaming 3 and haven't bought the cpu yet.
and It has the sticker "AMD Ryzen Desktop 2000 Ready" on the box.  Does this mean the board is compatible with the new 2600? Or just the Ryzen 2200G and 2400G?

I believe those processors should work fine, the R5 2400G has been around several weeks and the BIOS should be enough to get an update installed if anything

Yes 2000 ready means any 2000 series processor.
