Can the processor see 64gb ram?

some motherboards can reach 64Go of DRAM not all.
The questions are 1) why do you need 64GB RAM and 2) why are you still using an FX-8350 in 2020?

FX8350 works well for most software no need to upgrade it. I also have 2 PC with FX8350 working all days and one with 3950X.
And the reason you need 64GB of RAM in a system with a processor less than a quarter as fast as the 3700X?
In my case, I never found the need of more than 16GB of RAM with FX8350 and old software.
