Just bought the game but can't play as it freezed within 2 minutes.

windows 10, Ryzen 1700x, GTX 980

Any idea?

cricket14.exe has stopped working is the error.

I have verified the game cache files, restarted my system. Doesn't solve.

There are a lot of people online complaining about the same
