I want some help to find the best settings for streaming. I think that im the right place for asking this. if not please tell me.
My setups is this.
Case: Redragon Ironhide GC801
Prossecor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
Prossecor Cooler: Antec C400
Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus X470 Ultra Gaming
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws 16GB DDR4 3200MHZ
Graphic Card: Gigabyte RX580 8GB
Storage A: Samsung SSD 860EVO 250GB
Storage B: Toshiba L300 HQ 2TB
Power Supply: Approx Gaming 800W
im streaming from LTE (4G) so i have to stream from 3000bitrate and under.
im streaming with OBS 3 months but i dont have quality.
Im streaming x264 beacause i dont want to overlad my graphic card.
My target is 720p 30fps for 3000 bitrate and under. if you think that i can have 720p60fps tell me.
