Hi guys,

Today my amd wraith prism stopped spinning for some reason, so i searched in the bios and it says "cpu fan connector : not connected " i also tried to unplug it from cpu fan and connect it to sys fan and didn't work. But when i connect a fan to cpu fan it worked, now i'm thinking that the cooler has  a default, i can't think it's anything else so i'm about to return it.

That is why i'm asking for the warranty for now, the processors, is fine.

I believe it is under Warranty since it came bundled with the AMD Processor.

You can open a AMD WARRANTY REQUEST from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/warranty-information/rma-form 

They will let you know if they will replace it under Warranty.
