I have tried to submit the information in the form 3 times now. Each time I get an automated email saying not to reply and that more info would be coming? I get nothing. I used to be an AMD partner so I could call and talk to a real live person. Now I can't even send an email? I need to get my CPU RMA'd

metrolinacomputer, I do not know what to say. I have not ask for an RMA but communicate with Online Service via request often. Are you sure you can receive e-mails from AMD or do you have them blocked? What country are you in? Enjoy, John.
metrolinacomputer, when you submit a Support Request an automatic e-mail is sent back to you very quickly. If you are not getting this, then make sure you have no blockers. Enjoy, John.
I have contacted the RMA department, you should have received a response from them.
