Daily BSODs on x570 3600 build

I've been having tons of problems with this System, Every color screen you can think of crash. Each time I update drivers the BSODs change, they all seem to be pointing towards AMD software.

GPU: RX 5700 Reference

CPU: R5 3600

Motherboard: ASUS Prime x570 Pro (AGESA 1.0.0.3ABBA)

RAM: CMK16GX4M2B3200C16W (DOCP Enabled)

PSU: 750w

Operating System & Version: W10 Pro 1903 (19362.356)

GPU Drivers: 19.10.1

Chipset Drivers: 1.8.19.0915

Background Applications: Blue Iris, Firefox, Spotify, Anaconda

Description of Original Problem: Here is a summary of the crashes over the past week and changes to software

  • Re-Installed 19.9.3 without Radeon Settings /Report wizard

  • 10/11/2019 - 0x0000007e - SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (something crash report about mistore which i think is a AMD chipset storage feature)

Initially, I think my problems were caused by Radeon drivers and the 5700 as most of the BSODs were pointing towards the graphics drivers.  Now I think the issues are related to the processor or the chipset.  Should I just submit an RMA and get it over with?

I have the same as the issue with my Ryzen 3600 on the Asus B350 Prime Plus. The CPU would literally throough your BSOD errors, except the Video one. I cornered the problem to the "CPU Ration Auto" setting. The CPU literally wants me to set 39.5 CPU ration or it will BSOD. The worst part, it will get stuck at 3949mhz on windows all cores and only Ryzen Master can set it back to normal auto-switching CPU speed of between 3.9 to 4199 MHz. is really frustrating as initially the bios I had before ABB run just fine. Dont know what I can do really as I cant afford a B450 now.
