I was wondering if anyone faced issues with CPU0 throttling under Windows 10 for AMD Ryzen Embedded series? The AMD board manufacturer has already turned off turbo boost in the BIOS. We are running an RTOS on 1 core and WIN10 on the other 3 cores. Since we need the board for RTOS applications the CPU freq needs to be stable (even under Windows).
AMD Master tool complains that this processor is not supported.
Any suggestions will be helpful.
