The Ryzen 5000 series: R5 5600X, R7 5800x, R9 5900x & R9 5950x.  These are top of the line CPUs at the moment, but they are extremely difficult to get.

Depending on your uses, Zen2 CPUs based on Ryzen 3000 series are also a great choice.
