CPU voltage issues

Hey all

I have an issue with my CPU, basically it will crash (and thus windows will throw a BSOD), when it is at stock settings. However, if i slightly up the VCORE voltage in bios, the crashing goes away and the PC is super stable.

The chip is a year old so I dont think this is normal behaviour, can someone confirm please that I need to get the chip (or perhaps PSU) replaced, and that this isnt meant to happen.

Thanks

I am only worried because I have seen accounts of this happening online but I never really thought it was normal.
