The cpu fan alway only have 20% even the cpu temperature is high

What can i do to increase the fan speed

cpu 3700x

gpu 5700x

motherboard msi ace x570

RAM bolt 16g

It's not reaching 106*C, that's far beyond the thermal shutdown hardcoded into the BIOS. That's MSI software you're using to adjust the fan speed curve and monitor temperatures. You need to use AMD Ryzen Master to monitor the temperatures.

Its correct, i check thermal with HW Info, OCCT, AIDA64 and more, in BIOS i also see 50+ degrees idle.

In CPU stress test it reached 98 degrees and shut down.

black_zion is correct!  All MB Vendor applications should be avoided and uninstalled from your system!  Get all you drivers from manufacturers and never MB Vendor.  AMD drivers get here.  ONLY Ryzen Master (RM) can be trusted readings and OCing.  Enjoy, John.
