Hello,

Every time I charge my laptop the CPU fan is sounding like a plane, and my laptop gets really hot. Sometimes it shuts off. I checked in Task Manager which program was causing this. It was AMD user experience program. It was using 90% of my CPU. It is not using my SSD or RAM.How do I fix this? 

I have the following specs:

Ryzen 5 5625U with Radeon Graphics,

16GB RAM

500GB SSD

Windows 11
