CPU heavy cooler

Hello,

As I could see, some graphic cards needs a support holder.

As I have also a heavy cooler such as the "Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE"

Maybe I need also a holder for this type of cooler that is very heavy?

Regards

As long as you follow installation procedures of your cooler, you do not need additional parts.

Graphics cards don't necessarily need a support holder, the card is held in place by the PCIe slot and riser bracket. Some users choose to install a support brace to eliminate flex/sag for cosmetic reasons, same reason some choose to do a vertical mount.

Likewise as @johnnyenglish mentions, as long as the CPU cooler is installed correctly there may be a small amount of motherboard flex but nothing that requires additional support, unless the CPU cooler specifically requires horizontal mount only.
