I have some problems with the CPU, it is that the CPU clock does not exceed 550MHz and that 550 MHz is recognized as one hundred percent of the performance of each core instead of the 3700MHz that it should have. Only once did the CPU give me over 3700MHz from all cores, but it hasn't happened again. That limit (550 MHz) does not allow me to work on various things because the PC starts to freeze.
Once I realized that, I search for a tool for to test if the CPU is it ok or not, and I find AMD Rizen Master. Some stats that are showed are in red, but I have no idea of how read that, or how to fix it.
When all work good, I take the next screenshot:
And when all goes wrong:

The problem was the CPU. It has a overheating problem near the CPU that somehow cause that problem. I borrowed another motherboard to check the CPU and then I noticed of the motherboard overheating, then when I finised mounting everything, I saw that the CPU problem was gone.
Finally I sent the motherboard under warranty.
Wow that's a glitch and a half! Try updating your BIOS. Check Windows Power Plan settings. If nothing works, set manual multiplier/voltage in BIOS.
From my view on reading the QRG, game mode is not for the 6/8 core chips (i could be wrong) ?
Using 'Balanced power plan' and windows 'Fast Startup' turned off ?
Then i would guess incorrect bios settings ?
Thanks, I already shared the solution I found
