Hello, first forum post so let me know if I need to provide any more information.
My Ryzen 7 5800x is constantly peaking to 100% utilization across all cores identically, pictures attached. Any recommendations for what the issue might be? Thank you in advance.

I should add that the process that takes up the most CPU utilization isn't always the same process. It varies wildly.
It is the Corsair iCUE software, you even clearly see it in process explorer.
I have installed also various RGB and other utilities from manufacturers of my card, memory, etc. But I deactivate autorstart of these utilities with other Sysinternals app - Autoruns
Example where I have disabled not only Gskill app, but also Adobe software, there was bug also in Epic Games client that was solved etc., just turn off these apps and start them only when needed:
