So I shipped my 3600 for RMA last Friday I got the notification that it was delivered 2days ago which was Wednesday. On Thursday morning I got an email that RMA process passed and shortly after another email in the title it said processor shipped but in the email it said ready to ship. Then on Friday morning I got another email which said " This is to confirm receipt of your defective product which you shipped back to us as part of the Cross Ship Warranty Replacement.
This completes this transaction and we thank you for your business."
so you can see why I'm confused I don't know if the processor has already shipped or it still has yet to ship and I haven't received the tracking number for the shipment as well.
