Computer Shutting Down After Installing Windows 11

Hi, my issue started about three day ago, when I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11, I will leave my PC specifications at the bottom. After upgrading Windows to 11, my Computer has now been completely shutting off after trying to do something intensive. MY prime issue is with the game Monster Hunter Wilds, as it ran fine on Windows 10, but now consistently shuts my computer down on Windows 11. The same thing also happens after trying to stress test my CPU with Prime95. After installing Ryzen Master and watching it's stats, I believe the issue to be my CPU overheating, as I saw temps hitting the limit of 90 degrees, which is very alarming. After consulting Microsoft forums, I adjusted the maximum processor state to 99% in the power plan can stop the CPU from automatically engaging full boost, which worked perfectly last night (Temps barely went above 50) but is now still having issues. I am now at a loss.

I have tried (to no avail):

-Dusting my computer

-Replacing Thermal Paste

-chkdsk, no results

-/scannow, no results

-Freeing space on ssd by Deleting the old Windows 10 files using Disc cleanup

-Windows Memory Diagnostics, no results

-Updating BIOS

-Updating CPU & GPU drivers

-Updating Windows 11

-Changing power plan

-Benchmark tested GPU with Furmark

-Tested CPU with Prime95, PC crashed

-Adjusted the maximum processor state to 99% in the power plan can stop the CPU from automatically engaging full boost, which worked last night but is now still having issues.
