xpcypena, this is a user forum. We try to help but we cannot fix things. Your error looks like a Windows error, please see here. What version are you running (winver command in Command Prompt). Your program cannot find the site it needs for the certificate. It seems like it comes and goes according to the version (patch level) of Windows. Enjoy, John.
