I am not sure you can. Many Users here at AMD Forums have opened threads concerning their AMD BOOT KIT and when it will arrive. They find out when it finally arrives at their location. None mentioned about able to track the package from AMD to their house.
Seems like it will take a least a few days before you hear anything from AMD according to other Users comments. If you haven't heard anything by a week or two then contact them again and see if they have sent you the BOOT Kit.
AMD, I believe, sends you an email when they ship out the BOOT KIT with instructions on how to return it afterwards.
