Did you test that Auto-OC to make sure it was stable? Run Cinebench multi core and see if it finishes.
In addition to the +200 on the PBO clock override, I'm guessing Ryzen Master did some other tweaks to increase the PBO Limits in order to reach 4850MHz all-core. You'll want to record all those settings to replicate in the BIOS. You'll likely also want to use Curve Optimizer to reduce the voltage/heat.
