I have a machine with an FX-4300 on board. Want to know if a Ryzen can replace it or if not, just what processors can I use?
Ryzen is Socket AM4 and will not work on Socket AM3/AM3+ boards. The CPU compatibility list on the support page for your motherboard will tell you which processors are compatible.
