Hello,

 I’m planning on upgrading my current workstation. but I’m not sure yet which CPU I should be going with.

 I’m wondering, is Threadripper Pro 5995WX designed to be working/running 24/7 ?

As long as you have the proper CPU Cooler that keeps the ThreadRipper temperature below its Maximum Operating Temperature of 95c there should be no issue running the CPU 24/7.

The ThreadRipper has a very high TDP ratings of 280 Watts so you will need a very powerful AIO Liquid CPU Cooler.
