Bootkit

Hello,

I need a bootkit but the RMA site is under maintenance until Jan 5; is there another way I can request it in the meanwhile?

This is from AMD Support concerning the AMD Boot Kit:

Screenshot 2022-12-29 082657.pngIf the AMD Warranty Request site is down until January 9th 2023 then you have no choice to wait unless you can take your PC to a Computer shop to update the BIOS on the Motherboard or a Family/Friend lends you a older CPU that is compatible with your current BIOS version to update the BIOS for the new CPU.

Sounds like AMD is closed for the Holidays and using this time to do Maintenance on their Servers or equipment or software.
