if i have 2 processors and one of them have better specs than the other (more cores, more cash memory, more Processor Frequency) than means the better processor will be more expensive but better than the other in every single funcions? (like better in gaming, better in video edition)  for exemple is a treadreaper better than radeon in everythyng   or an intel xeon better than an intel core

OP, you need to use spellcheck more.  Anyways, if you want the best consumer grade processor available, you should go with a Threadripper 3970X.  Otherwise, you can order an Epyc cpu which will perform better than a threadripper, however they're aimed at workstations/server type of work.
