Best process for GA-F2A88XN-WIFI

I have a GA-F2A88XN-WIFI (rev3) that says it supports FM2+ Socket. It currently has a A6-6400K installed and the CPU seems to struggle a lot when I do web development with having Node, Visual Studio Code, and Chrome open. What is the best available CPU I can get for this motherboard if I only want to develop on this machine.

Here is the list of supported CPUs, I just need help deciding which (if any) will have enough difference from the existing A6-6400K

Thanks, I update my post with the list and clarification that I need input if any of the processors listed will have enough of an impact compared to the current CPU. If not, then I will just have to get a newer motherboard.

I know this is a week late but let me share my 2 cents. If you have a dedicated GPU, an Athlon X4 860 or 870 will be better than the A6. Dual channel RAM also helps a lot. If you don't an A10 - 7XXX or A10 8XXX will be okay. Feed it with fast ram and get a beefy cooler as well. An SSD will also help. I used to have the same set up as yours but when I just wanted to give the pc some fighting chance, I slapped in an A10 7700K, 240GB SATA SSD, 2 x 4GB 1600MHz DDR3, 1TB HDD.
