According to HWinfo FCH acronym for Fusion Controller Hub is reaching from 96° Celsius while SYSTEM is 38° and CPU arround 26°-40°. In Save Energy Mode temperatures go down little bit to 67° but if stressed temp increase again .
My motherboard is GIGABYTE A75M-UD2H. I had problems of instability in the past and I thought were RAM but now I'm not 100% sure. Yesterday Windows on SSD crashed while installing some software...
I'm testing this computer every day while it has not been used for years.
Other info: socket FM1, CPU is not overclocked, RAM 8 GB G.Skill F3-2133C9-4GXL dual channel, original cooler and fan, good case ventilation.
Is the FCH either on the socket or mainboard?
