I'm using a 125W TDP heatsink/fan with fresh Arctic thermal paste. It will not go above 75% load with task manager showing core 0 and 1 being heavily used and core 2 and 3 with little use at 2.6GHz to 2.9GHz. The PSU is a 550W Seasonic 80 Plus Gold. I've reinstalled the most up to date BIOS (factory settings) and the BIOS displays the CPU operating at 3.6GHz at 54 C idle.
