APU 5600G EDC Issue: EDC too high in idle

Greetings! I have a problem in new PC I built a couple days ago.

MOBO: AsRock B550M Pro4

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G

RAM: ADATA XPG SPECTRIX D50 RGB 3600MHz, 2x16GB (A2/B2 Slots)

PSU: Corsair RM650x

GPU: iGPU (no PEG)

Cooler: ID-Cooling 207 XT Slim

Wi-Fi: RTL8822C

BIOS: Agesa 1.2.0.A / v2.71 (AsRock Official)

I have noticed that EDC is pretty high in any scenarios, even in IDLE, whilw the total CPU power draw is about 10-15W.

Already reset to all default in BIOS, nothing changes. After BIOS reset the Global C States are disabled, and CPU never goes into C6 state. I toggle it on and it helps a little bit.
When I switch to energy efficient power plan I see a little drop down of EDC to 35A. In balanced plan EDC tends to be 55-60A. It never goes down.
Interesting, that I see only 67W PPT in huge load when the PBO is active and PPT=105W, EDC=100A, TDC=100A limits. It seems to be wrong monitoring because the CPU is seems to draw all about 100W in this mode. CB23 score is about 11000 that impossible in 67W limit. I see good temperatures, scores but odd monitoring.

When I build the system first time I had not saw such odd values before BIOS update, I suppose.

O have another PC on 5900X, and I see that EDC in 5900X is about 15-20Amps in idle.

Any ideas?
