Hello, this a new build and I'm getting high idle temps:

Temp idle: 50 - 61 °C
CPU Package (idle): 61 °C
CPU Core voltage (idle): 0.936v - 1.088v
Frequency (idle): 3345 MHz - 3771 MHz

* If you open for example Figma: Temp spikes to 71 °C and the goes back to idle.

Cinebench R23 (10 min test)
CPU Temp: 83 °C
PPT: 100% at 88W

*All parameters by default

Build:
-Ryzen 7 9700x
-Rog Strix X670E-I GAMING WIFI
-G.Skill 32GB Flare X5 6000MHZ CL30 (EXPO)
-Be quite Pure Rock LP (Factory pre-applied thermal paste)
-Sapphire Radeon RX 7700 XT 12 GB
-Case Fractal ERA 2 (2 intake fans & 2 exhaust fans) (Fractal Aspect 12 PWM)
- SDD 1: Samsung 990 Pro1TB
- SDD 2: WD Black 1TB

According to AMD Global Customer Care:

61C in idle state is not normal for AMD Ryzen 9700X processor. Anything below 45C in idle is fine for the processor.

I get 45°C - 48°C Idle Using Asus Fan Expert in Turbo Mode (Using Silent or Standard mode temps are around 50 - 61 °C idle)
