AMD's official max is 2933 MHz, which is a bit conservative. In practice, it is best to use RAM from the motherboard QVL memory list. If that is where you got the "supported RAM" above (you haven't stated which motherboard you intend to use), then it has been tested working at 3000, so it should work OK at 3000. Of course, if you buy faster rated RAM, you can always run it at slower speed.
