AMD Ryzen 5 5600x's high temperatures when playing games

As I mentioned in the title, my CPU is getting way too hot when playing games. I got 95C when playing Apex Legends and 80 when playing RDR2. Do you have any ideas why or any solutions ?

System specs including psu and cpu cooler please..

What case and fans do you have too?

AMD Ryzen 7 3700x, Asus Tuf Gaming RX 6700 XT, Asus TUF Gaming x570 Plus, 32gb G.Skill TZ neo 3600mhz, Samsung 980pro 1tb NVME, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1tb NVME, Lian Li Galahad AIO 240mm, Antec Titanium 1kw.

I had issues with high CPU temperatures (99c) with any game I play. My cpu is Intel 10th gen. Searching Google for two days I finally figured it out. It is the processor Turbo Boost. I disabled it and now it runs at 76c. There is virtually  no difference in game FPS.

It is quick and easy to see if this is your problem. Go to your computer power settings..advanced:

Change Processor management Minimum to anything less than 100% and maximum processor to 99%. This prevents Turbo. No difference in games....no changing in settings. If it doesn't help you change the settings back to default.
