Brand new CPU and Motherboard straight out of the box.
Installed as per instructions, but the motherboard fails POST stating that the CPU is unrecognized.
MSI website states that CPU will work if the BIOS is up-to date.
Unable to flash BIOS as I need to get past POST to do so.
Spoke to my Supplier who want to charge me for BIOS flashing plus postage both ways to fix this issue (they say not a warranty issue, that it was down to me to have ordered the correct motherboard). WTF.
I have read that AMD can supply a Boot kit to enable me to flash the BIOS.
How do I get one?
