I am frozen in games because of my processor for 2 months.I apologize that my English is bad.My processor runs at a constant 1.36 GHz and this is annoying.I have encountered this problem since we last updated the BIOS.Thank you in advance for your answers. Parts found on the computer;

AMD Ryzen 3 1200

ASUS A320M-K

MSI GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB

Seagate Barracuda 1 TB 7200 RPM

THERMALTAKE VERSA H-25 500 W

If the problem did not occur until a BIOS update, then you should be asking this question on the ASUS website, or update/downgrade your BIOS to a newer (or older, if no newer version exists) version.
