AMD Processor installtion issue

I purchased a new processor for my system. I am trying to install this processor in my system but I am not sure why it is not sitting properly on my motherboard. I am not sure what should I do now. Please suggest me what should I do now.

Looking at the CPU and the socket are the triangles on both lined up?

Which cpu and motherboard are you using? you have to align the triangles of the cpu and the mobo te install it properly. Check if you have any bent pins on the cpu just in case.

If the cpu doesn't fit, don't apply any pressure before knowing what is going on

Need to know what CPU you are installing and the motherboard you are attempting to install it on.  They have to be compatible.  For example; you cannot install a Ryzen CPU on an AM3+ or an sTR4.

If it ain't broke; don't fix it!
