AMD Epyc 7742 and has 64 cores with 128 threads

Hello,

I am running RHEL 7.9 on the CPU "AMD Epyc 7742 and has 64 cores with 128 threads" .  but I need to use 64 cores with 256 threads for a specific task. Is possible to update the system setting to reach 256 threads?

My current CPU details are :
