Hello AMD support

This is Salem Alsari, a master's student at King Abdulaziz University in Saudi Arabia. As part of my master's thesis in high-performance computing, I’m using an AMD EPYC 7313 processor. Could you please assist me in finding documentation on this processor so that I can check its voltage regulation model and architecture cores?
