Hi, I have an AMD Athlon X4 760K processor and when I try to boot the CPU fan spins slowly and it doesn't boot I am using the stock CPU fan is that the problem and cause of not booting? All the other hardware peripherals are working when I am using a different processor with a lower tdp.
